location: The US36 / McCaslin Pedestrian Bridge Project is located on the west side of US36 and McCaslin Blvd intersection approximately five miles SE of Boulder, CO. The project includes a 238’ single span 20” dia. structural steel arch pedestrian bridge and two bus transit park-n-ride plazas. The arch bridge includes approximately 300,000 lbs. of structural steel, 133 cu. yd. of concrete deck, and a pedestrian enclosure that runs the length of the bridge. The park-n-ride plazas include two covered outdoor structures, elevators, landscape retaining walls, sidewalks, and a drivers relief station.
