Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc (Kraemer) is fully equipped to undertake challenging and unique marine projects. Over the last 70 years, experienced water work crews have completed a wide variety of successful projects on the Mississippi, Missouri, and Illinois Rivers, tributaries of Lake Michigan and Lake Superior, and numerous inland lakes and rivers. Satisfied clientele include the Army Corps of Engineers, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado Departments of Transportation, local municipalities, utilities, and private companies like Cargill and John Deere.
 
Project experience includes shore stabilization, dam reconstruction, docking structures, flood control, scour abatement, and riprap installation. Kraemer has an extensive fleet of sectional barges, single & double screw tugboats, and work boats that can handle a wide variety of projects on inland waterways and tidal waters of the Great Lakes.
